Hey folks, here are a handful of Known Issues that you may encounter while progressing through the Shadow of Revan content. It seems doable, with a little patience, but still, that's pretty inexcusable. I think I said the first day, something along the lines of "hey, the meat quest doesn't work, but at least no main story quests are broken, unlike WoW's expac!" Apparently I was wrong, and the most important storyline quest of all is bugged, which is pretty sad. Obviously, if you had already completed the dailies, that means you wouldn't be able to try again until the next day, which would understandably cause some rage.Īlso, I gotta take my previous comment back about broken quests. So keep that in mind before you do something so drastic. sauth is definitely good at this game though, so I don't doubt what he's saying.Į: Also, it's worth noting, if you reset the final quest, you apparently have to redo the dailies in order to complete it. Not sure I'm all that enthused about HM FP's that sound as hard as what sauth is saying though! I guess we'll see. Looks like I get to repeat the Yavin dailies, and if those aren't enough, I'll be heading back to Rishi for the dailies there. I didn't use a booster until halfway through 58% though, so I guess that's at least partly my fault. Still only about 50-60% of the way to 60. I'd also pop a defensive cooldown or two while you're breaking your companions out, since you'll actually get hurt pretty quickly without them.
Don't grab both clouds without breaking someone out, or it'll blow up and knock you back. Run through one, and then run to an ally trapped with the corresponding color underneath them, and it will break them out.
Once this happens, you should also see a blue and purple cloud floating around in the middle of the chamber. Your allies will be trapped, with a blue or purple circle underneath them. From there it was easy, just interrupt Dark Regrowth when you see it, and burn him without issue.Īnd for any who might get the mechanic and have it work properly. Lucky for me, this time there were clouds, and I could complete the mechanic correctly. I believe it was at 35%, he changed targets, I taunted, and soon after, he did the phase anyway. I waited for the 35% part, where supposedly he would do the phase again.
Not sure if the taunt had anything to do with it, or he just skipped it (as others have mentioned, sometimes he just bugs in a good way and doesn't do it). Third time, when he hit 67% or was just about to, I taunted him, and the bubble phase didn't even happen. Second time, after reading that same thread, I put my companion on passive and didn't attack at all. At 67% the bubble phase began, and there were no clouds, and I died.
